Clear Vision Consulting, specializes in the areas of
Independent Living and Assisted Living Senior Housing,
Multi-Family Residential, Hotel Construction, Historic
Restorations and are also experienced with L.I.H.T.C. and
Historic Tax Credit financed projects. We were conceived out of
a need realized by many of the nations Builders, Developers
and Property Management Firms, to bring focus and quality to
the individual endeavors that comprise their daily business
activities.

Across the spectrum of the Construction Industry, companies
large and small find themselves occasionally mired within the
everyday problems associated with the development and
construction of these types of products. Additionally, there are
many organizations who are less experienced with the myriad of
due diligence issues to be seen to in pre-construction phases
such as the preparation of design documents, accurate budget
estimates, drafting of labor and procurement contracts,
producing and maintaining realistic production schedules,
developing quality control procedures, warranty and service
programs, and attending to the safety and post-construction
issues of each project.
